Supervisor Production – Sewing Line

About the Role

Oversee sewing line production at the Kandy factory, manage workforce allocation, and enforce quality and efficiency standards to meet daily production targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production processes based on given plans and targets
• Calculate workforce requirements and allocate resources regularly
• Improve production efficiency on an ongoing basis
• Maintain worker absenteeism below 4% daily
• Ensure sewing lines achieve learning curves and standard hours

Requirements

• GCE Advanced Level with a Diploma in Production Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar supervisory capacity
