Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Handle quantity surveying functions including cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for civil engineering and building construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates from engineering drawings
• Perform quantity take-offs for civil and building works
• Manage project cost control and process variation orders
• Prepare tender and contract documentation
• Process progress payment claims and final accounts
• Coordinate with project and site engineering teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience
• Ability to read civil, structural, and architectural drawings
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good communication and organisational skills
