Assistant Project Manager – MEP

About the Role

Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering projects across assigned regions in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Assist in MEP project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for the Project Manager
• Ensure MEP quality standards and site safety compliance
• Support procurement processes and resource management
• Liaise with clients and consultants on technical matters

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in MEP project work
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read MEP drawings and specifications
• Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
