About the Role

Edifice Realtors in Dehiwala is recruiting for multiple civil construction roles across Technical Officer, QS, Civil Engineer, Draughtsman, and Site Supervisor positions. Closing date: 25 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for construction and real estate development projects
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Supervise site activities and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Relevant civil/construction engineering qualification
• Experience in building construction or real estate development
• Technical drawing and CAD skills preferred
