About the Role
Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, growing the loan and deposit book, and maintaining high standards of customer service at the Kegalle branch.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations
- Drive business development for lending and deposit products
- Supervise branch staff and ensure service quality
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Banking; professional banking qualification preferred
- Relevant experience in banking with exposure to branch management
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
