Mid-level kitchen role at a beachfront Colombo restaurant for energetic culinary professionals passionate about hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to restaurant standards
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support the sous chef and head chef in daily operations
- Monitor food inventory
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hotel or restaurant kitchen experience
- Ordinary Level education minimum
- Passion for the hospitality industry
