About the Role

Drive factory performance improvements through industrial engineering practices, production planning, and continuous improvement at a packaging manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Develop production planning and control systems
Improve capacity planning and workflow balancing
Monitor production efficiency and output achievement
Analyze bottlenecks and production flow issues
Establish data-driven KPI monitoring systems
Conduct time and method studies
Lead continuous improvement projects

Requirements

Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering
Proven experience in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, or Operations Excellence
Background in factory operations and process optimization
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Supply Chain certifications (advantageous)
Experience in apparel, printing, or packaging sectors (advantageous)
