About the Role

Lead management systems, quality, and HSE compliance functions across Access Engineering's projects and corporate operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain management systems across the organisation
• Lead internal audit programmes
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental performance
• Liaise with certification bodies and external auditors
• Build and lead the management systems team

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
• 7+ years experience in management systems or HSE
• ISO lead auditor certification preferred
• Engineering or construction industry background
