Responsibilities
- Lead and drive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop relationships across construction, hospitality, plantations, manufacturing, and government sectors
- Manage complete sales cycles and tender processes
- Build and mentor sales teams
- Collaborate with marketing and operations
Requirements
- Higher Diploma
- 4-5 years B2B sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Existing network in target industries
