Responsibilities
- Lead the finance division of the Central Environmental Authority
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting to government
- Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and Treasury circulars
- Manage finance team and coordinate with external auditors
- Provide financial advice to senior management and Board
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance with senior management experience
- Experience in government or public sector finance preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
